Get menu with items tree

Returns a single menu with its complete item tree. Items are returned as a flat list with parentId references for nested structure.

Delete menu

Permanently deletes a menu and all of its items (cascade). This action cannot be undone.

Update menu metadata

Updates the menu name and/or location assignment. Does not affect the menu items tree.
