List org members

Returns all members in the organization with their role, email, name, and last activity date. Sorted by role priority then name.

Remove org member

Removes a member from the organization and revokes all their shop-level access. Cannot remove the last remaining owner.

Reply to ticket

Posts a new message to the ticket thread. If the ticket was in resolved or closed status, it is automatically reopened.
