List customer's orders

Returns all orders placed by a specific customer, paginated and sorted by newest first.

Add customer note

Adds a new internal note to the customer. Notes are not visible to the customer and are used for CRM/support purposes.

Update order status

Updates the order status. Only valid status transitions are allowed (e.g. pending→paid, paid→shipped). Invalid transitions return 400.
