Remove slot assignment

Removes the page assignment from a named slot. The page itself is not deleted and can be reassigned later.

Create menu

Creates a new empty navigation menu. Optionally assign it to a location. Add items after creation via POST /menus/:menuId/items.

List page assignments

Returns all slot-to-page assignments. Slots are named layout positions (e.g. "homepage", "about", "contact") and each can have at most one page assigned.
